StranDr Formulations is operated by The Trustee for Targett Medical Trust, ABN 49 966 582 960, registered in South Australia.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is covered in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or other factors outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms. Full details of our return process are in the Shipping & Returns policy.
Product information
We do our best to describe products accurately, but minor variations in colour, packaging, or formulation can occur. Product images are indicative.
Our products are cosmetic haircare. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Individual results vary. If you have a scalp condition, allergy, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion. Unless stated otherwise:
- Codes cannot be combined with other offers
- Codes are single-use unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time
Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to (at our discretion) refund, replacement, or repair of the product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, missed opportunities, or personal injury arising from misuse of products.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
